Sovereign Keyboard: privacy policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Sovereign Keyboard (the "Sovereign" app and its keyboard) is built so that what you type stays yours. It collects nothing, and sends nothing anywhere. The app and the keyboard contain no networking, analytics, advertising or tracking code, and there is no account to create.

What stays on your iPhone

To learn how you type, the keyboard keeps the following on your iPhone, in storage that only the Sovereign app and its keyboard can read:

"Allow Full Access" is needed only so the keyboard and the Sovereign app can share this storage on your phone; the keyboard does not use it to connect to the internet.

Apple and TestFlight

If you install a test version through TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and any feedback you send with the developer, as described in Apple's TestFlight terms. That happens through Apple, not through this app.
